Signia MaX Hearing Aids
The Signia Pure Charge&Go MaX is the first hearing aid built on Signia's new Multi-adaptive Xperience, or MaX, platform. Rather than using artificial intelligence for a single job such as noise reduction, MaX relies on four task-specific Deep Neural Networks that work together to analyze speech, background noise, the surrounding environment, and your own voice at the same time. The goal is not simply to make noisy rooms quieter. It is to keep you connected to the people you want to hear while preserving your awareness of the world around you.
Four AI Networks Working as One
Signia calls this approach Acoustic Intelligence. Four Deep Neural Networks, each trained for a different listening task, continuously share information so the hearing aids form a complete picture of your environment before deciding how to process sound.
This drives four core features: RealTime Conversation Enhancement AI locates and enhances multiple conversation partners during group discussions, Own Voice Processing AI recognizes when you are speaking, Ambient Scene Adaptation AI adjusts as your surroundings change, and Dynamic Noise Control AI evaluates the type and direction of noise before reducing it.
Built for Difficult Group Conversations
Following speech when several people talk at once and noise arrives from every direction is one of the hardest listening situations for anyone with hearing loss. MaX is designed to analyze these shifting environments in real time and coordinate processing between both hearing aids as the conversation moves around a table.
In Signia-sponsored research, 97% of participants performed better with MaX in noisy group conversations compared with key competitors. As with all manufacturer-cited results, we view this as promising evidence that still deserves to be weighed alongside independent testing and your own performance.
A More Powerful Chip
Running four networks continuously takes considerable processing power. Signia reports that the new MaX chip delivers substantially more processing capacity, greater energy efficiency, and additional memory compared with the previous IX platform. This extra capacity is what allows Acoustic Intelligence to stay active throughout the day rather than switching on only for a special listening mode.
Connectivity and Rechargeable Power
Pure C&G MaX uses Signia's OneConnect Technology, combining Bluetooth Classic, Bluetooth LE Audio, and telecoil connectivity in one device, along with Auracast-capable hardware. Signia states that full Auracast functionality, which lets venues broadcast audio directly to your hearing aids, will be enabled through a Signia One app firmware update by March 2027.
The device is a rechargeable receiver-in-canal style available in eight colors, and it ships with a pocket-size charger that stores up to four full charges.
Fitted With Care at Port Jefferson Hearing
Even the most advanced hearing aid performs only as well as its fitting allows. At Port Jefferson Hearing in Port Jefferson Station, Dr. John Martinetti, a Board Certified Audiologist, evaluates your hearing loss, speech-in-noise ability, and listening goals before recommending whether MaX is right for you. Every device is programmed and verified with Real Ear Measurement to confirm it delivers the correct amplification for your ears. You are also welcome to take MaX home through our no-obligation Test Drive. Call our clinic at 631-331-1888 to schedule a consultation.
Hearing Aid Trials With No Financial Obligation
At Port Jefferson Hearing we believe the only way to know which hearing aid is right for you is to experience the benefits in your day-to-day life. That is why we created a hassle-free, no pressure process that truly puts you in the drivers seat.
