A New Dual-AI Sound System

Reveal uses a new dual-AI processing system built around two cooperating parts. Speech AI analyzes and enhances the voices you are trying to follow, while Context AI preserves the meaningful sounds of your surroundings, such as a turn signal, a doorbell, or footsteps approaching from behind. The two systems evaluate your sound environment every two milliseconds and blend their results in real time. This is Oticon's third generation of AI-based hearing technology, following Oticon More and Oticon Intent.

The Reveal AI Clarifier

The Reveal AI Clarifier is the part of the hearing aid where this dual-AI processing takes place, replacing the previous MoreSound Intelligence terminology. Think of it as the decision-making center of the device, sorting speech from surrounding sound many times per second so that conversation stays in the foreground without silencing everything else.

4D Sensor Technology

Reveal continues to use 4D sensor technology, which gathers information about your conversation activity, head and body movement, and the acoustic environment you are in. In practical terms, this can allow your audiologist to deliver more of the amplification your hearing loss actually calls for, which is especially useful in open or vented fittings where the ear canal is left less obstructed for comfort and natural sound.

Connectivity and Streaming Comfort

Reveal introduces a new connectivity platform and radio transmitter, with Made for iPhone compatibility, optimized Android connectivity, Bluetooth Low Energy Audio, Google Fast Pair, and Auracast broadcast audio. Auracast allows venues such as theaters, airports, and places of worship to send audio directly to your hearing aids. A new Streaming Comfort feature automatically lowers surrounding environmental sound while you stream, keeping calls, music, and podcasts prominent. The amount of reduction can be adjusted in the app or by your audiologist.

Charging, Colors, and CROS Options

Reveal charges with Oticon's premium desktop charger or portable travel charger, and is available in several standard colors, including a new Deep Plum that replaces the previous blue option. A new Oticon CROS transmitter launches alongside the platform for patients with single-sided deafness, routing sound from the poorer-hearing ear to the better ear. The CROS transmitter uses the same desk and travel chargers as the hearing aids, supports Bluetooth Low Energy Audio and dual streaming, and remains backward compatible with supported Oticon products.
