Au.D. FAAA, CCC, DirectorJohn Martinetti graduated with the Highest of Honors: “Suma Cum Laude” from C. W. Post, Long Island University with a Bachelors of Arts Degree in Speech and Hearing In 1976. He has earned two Masters Degrees: Speech-Language Pathology in 1978 and Audiology in 1983. Dr. Martinetti earned his Doctoral Degree in Audiology from Salus University in 2001. Dr. Martinetti is “Board Certified in Audiology”. Board Certification in Audiology requires that Dr. Martinetti obtain a minimum of 65 continuing educational credits every 3 years. Dr. Marinetti is a Fellow of the American Academy of Audiology and holds dual certifications: Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in both Audiology and Speech-Language Pathology from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association.

Dr. Martinetti believes that quality audiological treatment requires all of the diagnostic and treatment protocols that Dr. Cliff has detailed in the Hearing Up Best Practice check list. Dr. Martinetti believes that essential Best Practice protocols ie, Real Ear/Speech Mapping and Speech in Noise testing assist in providing the patient with an understanding of their individual amplification treatment goals and realistic expectations for better hearing.
Dr. Martinetti, Au.D. Board Certified Audiologist has been in private practice for over 35 years. Best Practice Industry Guidelines have been a central theme to his Audiologic Treatment care since 1983. Dr. Martinetti is proud to be part of Doctor Cliff’s: “Hearing Up Network.”

More About Dr. Martinetti
Dr Martinetti is a humanitarian audiologist and he established the first Newborn Hearing Screening Program in Belize City, Belize, Central America. Funding for this program was established by Dr. Martinetti and it was also funded by The John and Helen Martinetti Hearing Foundation.
